Horrible today in all ways. no price tags on more then a few items, blocked isles, rude staff, manager who laughed off my complaints to a truly nasty check our man. Never had this bad of an experience in a supermarket. This market is one of several I have used in the past few years. Can't believe how I was spoken to. Big downward change here. Never going back

So, so sorry to say it, but as disappointed as I was when Turcos was sold to this LI based grocery store. I had hoped that when they recently relocated the store, (sadly, leaving yet another empty store in 'fair Yorktown Heights', which looks more and more like a dreary ghost town every day) it might be improved...not! Everyone I know is disappointed with U.G.'s! Its really hard, after being spoiled rotten by the quality and service of Turcos, I have doubts that ANY store could possibly compete with them! So they have a expresso bar with no one to do it . Unbelievable waited waited waited .. why have this menu and no one can do it ..I went to Starbucks delicious it worked out

I visited Uncle Giuseppe's in Massapequa for the first time. I brought my bottles and cans for recycling. I couldn't find a recycling area in the store so I approached their customer service desk. I asked where I could recycle my bottles and cans. One of their female employees told me that there was no recycling machine and she would accept my recycle bottles and cans at her desk. She asked how many I had and I told her that I had not counted them. I began to take them out of my bags and put them on her desk. She and... read more

Long lines at lunchtime. You have sandwiches and soups available for purchase you should have a separate express line for that instead of having working customers wait behind sloths unloading their weekly shopping carts.

We ordered from the deli and there was a maggot on one of the sandwiches we ordered. We ordered a platter and this was what we received. Disgusted. No other words. We went back and the management couldn't rush us out fast enough. Said they would call us and offered a 100 dollar gift card. We will never be going back and the board of health will be contacted. This is repulsive.
