The pre-made entrees can be hit or miss--but the pastas and the sauces are delicious. I just wish they were closer to me--the sauces and can be a real lifesaver on the hurried week nights.

I've been a customer here for years and me and my family love it! The food is always fresh and delicious. To be completely honest and objective, some of the prepared foods are kind of pricey but definitely worth it. Would definitely recommend!

On the outside-seems like a grocery store with a fancy name. Walk inside and you're whisked away to Tuscany. There is opera music playing over the loudspeakers. The decor is so intricate with stonework, grapevine, and Italian phrasing engraved. But you don't care about the decor. The deli counter is the piece de resistance of this place. Holy wow. Cmon. This place is way too close to us, and full of way too much stuff for me not to be here all the time. They're going to make me broke. 1. Pastries. Do it. 2. They have a great bakery with fresh delivered and baked pastries, cakes, cookies, and all that stuff. 3. They have a great deli counter with meats, salads, cold cuts, premade dishes - all sorts of great things if you want a meal or if you're throwing a party and don't want to slice cheese 4. This store is awesome. We go to the Port Washington one and the Butcher (Joe) is so helpful. We do all of our food shopping for meat and vegetables here. Our one complaint is that the circular has the same meat sales each week. They use to vary the circular to include skirt steak, rib eyes, pork and veal. Now they always have meatloaf mixture, boneless chicken thighs and turkey london broil. Please begin to change the circular again

I am really surprised to be writing about the Pizza at uncle G's. I usually go to this place for my fresh Mozz and love to buy some imported cookies from italy . yesterday I went in for my MOzzerella and was so hungry the pizza looked AMAZING! I had a fresh mozz slice and also could not resist a nutella pizza slice with starwberrys and banana OMG!!!!
