Best place for anything! Dinners to go, pizza to go either cooked or fresh made for you to bake at home; many varieties of soups -again both hot to go or to take home and heat; so much! Fresh Meats, Seafood, Produce....candy counter (mmm) Cheeses from every country, the Best Bakery.... Italian specialty section, and of course the largest GLUTEN FREE selection in any store!! Uncle Giuseppe I give you a 4 out of 5. Why? Well because sometimes you're a little too overpriced and sometimes you're just way too crowded to the point where I can't even get my little self down the aisle with cart or basket in tow. Though I have to say... you are the place where my household typically gets all of our fresh meat except for sausage and a bulk of our produce. Holy mackerel!! Wish they had an uncle Giuseppe's in Queens. There is nothing like this at home. Iavarone doesn't compare and there are no big ones in Queens anyway, just small stores. The selection of meats is amazing. Make your own antipasto bar is out of this world. Olives are varied as well. Never wanted to live on Long Island, still don't LOL, just wish Uncle Giuseppe would move to Queens!
Seriously, can't get enough of their chicken sliders. Everything is made fresh and everything is delicious. I've come here for food for my barbeques and I'm so in love. The food is clearly of high quality and I have no complaints with this place or the selection. Great pasta selection. Just snagged a box of pumpkin ravioli that i've yet to try, but I have high hopes for it. All in all, great place if you're looking for some great fresh food.

This supermarket is awesome!!! Their food from the deli is delicious and they have a lot of imported products from Italy. The only problem that comes with that is that this place can be pricey! Overall, it's clean..staff is friendly..and food is FRESH!

My favorite uncle! My go to market when I'm having a crowd and need to have some great appetizers - Uncle Giuseppe's has a counter full of prepared appetizers that I can just heat and go. Yes people, they ARE expensive - but worth it if you don't have the time or skills to make it yourself. For me, its worth the price to be able to spend the extra time with my guests than to be slaving over all of the appetizers. They have fantastic fresh meats, fish and I buy my Italian sausage here.
