On Saturday, I was, at the last minute looking for a Filet Mignon Roast. Uncle G's had a couple left right before the Easter Holiday. Before I continue, the Filet was delicious!!! However, when I was asking the person who was helping me a couple of questions, he wasn't too knowledgeable about meat and roasts. When I asked to speak to the older gentleman, he told me that he was going to give me the same answer as he did. Mama Mia! This supermarket has ruined every other supermarket for me. It does it right! Everyone is happy, the people who work there are all so helpful and nice. My cashier (Susan) was a sweetheart very helpful, knowledgeable and kind! The other shoppers were nice. Produce and meats and cheeses were fresh and delicious! The gelato the music the ambiance... Picked up some Italian favorites at Uncle Giuseppe's. The eggplant Parmesan and linguine with clams were outstanding. Also got seven fishes seafood salad that was fantastic. People working there were most helpful. The ambience is like being in Italy. I cannot wait to return!

My first time going to Uncle Giuseppe. The down side the store is small and the aisles are very narrow, but it's well stocked. Nice produce section fruit and vegetables are packed out nice and good quality. The seafood section has fresh quality fish on ice so customers can pick out the the different varieties and the fish is already cleaned. The deli has pre-made lasagna, chicken cutlets, eggplant etc. The bakery has a wide selection of cakes and cookies. The food....to die for!!! The service...I felt like my uncle was talking me into one of everything on the menu. The ambiance...puts me right into the stereotypical Italian family household, to hollering back and forth, the gorgeous young men behind the deli counters, wow, those eyes!!! All in all, I always spent way too much money there but had a long time of delicious Italian favorites!! God Bless all of ya's!!

My aunt was in town from Florida so my mother brought her here around 12:30 PM on March 31. It was her first time. My aunt was delighted by the exceptional service and hospitality at the mozzarella service counter. A nice employee brought her a sample and she bought it shortly thereafter. Great spot with ample parking and a good variety of items. The bakery is my favorite section with excellent cakes and pastries. There's usually a line here. Their cappuccino with hazelnut syrup is also something I keep getting. Hot foods section is mostly a hit. Prices for some items are a bit on the more expensive side. Staff are friendly even during busy times.

I recently moved from Manhattan to Long Beach, Long Island and was mourning my gourmet grocers: Citrella, Chelsea Market, Fairway. Then someone suggested Uncle Giuseppe's. This foodie was in food heaven. Gorgeous store with amazing products!
