Ordered a Volcano sandwich through DoorDash and received a turkey wrap. I was told a turkey wrap is a reasonable substitute. Scratching my head at the logic. Turkey = chicken. Sandwich = wrap. Pesto = lettuce. Cheese = thousand island dressing. Should've learned the first time they completely botched my order. Why's the turkey wrap the default substitute?? Order here only if you're in the mood for their completely unimpressive turkey wrap.
I give one star during this pandemic. Hero sandwiches are offered on DoorDash. They let you order but when you get your order you don't get the sandwich. When I called the store I was told that they don't do sandwiches. No fair Uncle Giuseppe! Also not nice.

Will Never order from them again, screwed up our entire Easter order and when I wanted the correct order which I placed two weeks ahead of time it was a huge issue and the manager did not even care to get the order right! Food does not even taste fresh!!!

Place is packed in here and not following social distancing at all ... manager said so what when I asked her why she let so many people in at once . The line for takeout was about 40 people and and pretty much 1-3 feet apart . So I left amd just thought I'd share this important info .
The ad said that the hours from 7am to 8am for for seniors and people with compromized systems. DO NOT BELEIVE IT. We were there today. No one checking , Store much to crowed, and when my wife asked the manager about it said that there was not any policy for that. Plus this idiot was forcing people to be closer than six feet. No masks or gloves with store staff. VERY UNSAFE STAY AWAY
Less friendly than it was as Turco's. Most employees seem depressed, and unhappy. One thing that no one else has commented on that I don't like is the Musak they play. O.M.G. This stuff will drive you bonkers. The music featured at Turco's was far superior, not a continuous loop of Italian "Classics" I'm sure there are some improvements, but I have not yet found them.
I go all the time and every time I go it looks worse!! The product started out fresh now most is rotten. Missing Turcos I just went to do an insta cart order. How disgusting their prices are much higher in the store. You should be ashamed.
