I've been dying to check out an Uncle Giuseppe's and luckily passed by one on my way back from Jones Beach. The Massapequa location has a fairly large parking lot and shares the space on a strip mall. The interior does feel a little like a dated Key Foods and it lacks the zhuzh from Eataly, but I can definitely see myself coming regularly to pick up their fresh pastas, which were very reasonably priced. Very nice people working here. I especially liked seeing the compassion the manager showed to the register worker when they accidentally charged me for another customers order. At first I was a bit frustrated at first but he handled my refund quickly and kindly asked the employee if they need to rest which really made me feel better. So overall good environment and food was good. Would choose over a Whole Foods for sure.
On Fridays is when I visit Uncle Giuseppes for work, I always end up buying dinner. Today, I tried their beef n broccoli. It was delicious. It wasn't salty, just tasty. There's so much to choose from. Each time I purchase dinner, I will leave a review.

Uncle Giuseppe's do have good food! Good prices and if there's one the this Chef loves too eat and cook is Italian food.
I have been a huge fan since it opened. They have wonderful choices and amazing food. Try it you'll be a fan also
The prepared meals are restaurant quality. I had the penne vodka, eggplant parm and their meatballs. So pleasantly delicious. It's a must that you reheat these meals in the server trays they come in and place in the oven or air fryer to get the best quality of the meals. Kudo's to Uncle Giuseppe's.
