Amazing! Just when I think I've received "the best" customer service, United Nissan steps it up another notch! Mike Olden was great! He checked in with me several times concerning my vehicles needs and he didn't pressure me into services that I didn't need. Other members of the staff were also very friendly and helpful. Thanks for keeping my car "healthy" and I'll see you all in a few months for an oil change.

Great service!!! After taking my 2012 Nissan Versa to get the oil change at an independent mechanic, I was informed that there was a leak on the rear axle seal. The mechanic said that my car should be still under warranty and that I should take it to the dealer and get it checked out. We were helped by Paul Willinger, and I must say I have NEVER had such a nice, courteous and professional employee in all of my life and I seriously mean this.
