Exceeded Expectations! Greg was not the reason for my service appointment, but he is the reason I'll come back. He went above and beyond any expectations to make sure my experience was the best. He actually surprised me by gaining my trust, and I am typically a skeptic, especially of auto service customer representatives. Greg is a great asset to United Nissan!

Glad I gave the service dept. another chance After the initial service visit to my new Rogue, I was ready to find another dealership closer to my home. I figured, if I'm going to have mediocre customer service, I might as well be close to home. However, once Shan't became my advisor, things have been great! Roland is always wonderful. And Sam was awesome when driving us home in the shuttle, even in heavy crazy traffic. See you at 10,000-miles. I guess first impressions aren't always right.
Recall on safety belts for kids I was notified of the recall of the seatbelt so I brought my car to remy dealer and they took care of it.thank you.

15,000 MILE SERVICE ON 2013 ROGUE I BROUGHT MY ROGUE IN FOR A SERVICE AND GREG RECOMMENDED THE 15,000 MILE SERVICE SINCE HAS BEEN 1 YEAR 4 MONTHS SINCE I PURCHASED THE VEHICLE. I WAS VERY THANKFUL GREG RECOMMENDED THIS SERVICE SO I WOULDN'T HAVE TO SCHEDULE ANOTHER DAY TO HAVE THE SERVICE. GREG IS VERY PLEASANT AND FRIENDLY.
