Overall a good experience Was a little taken aback when I asked why your price for a smog check was $38. Answer: Overhead Not the best response, although it was honest.
Service Neglegence Oil Change. The service writer was outstanding. I had to waste my time and gasoline and return to dealership TWO Days later! Maintenance WARNING was NOT RESET! Approx. 42 miles Rd Trip!

Great Customer Service I received great customer service when I unexpectedly found myself having issues with my battery. Paul was extremely helpful and courteous. United Nissan provided shuttle service to get me to work on time, picked me up after work, and provided me with a rental while my truck was being finished. The customer service was excellent and my vehicle was back up and running, with a replacement battery and the maintenance that was needed, by the end of the day.

Service I spoke to Gregory on the phone on April 2nd in regards to the issue I was having with my car and when I came in Friday I was more than pleased with the service I received from him. He is very friendly and professional. It was also nice to have Shant A recognize me from past visits and say hello while I was in the waiting area.
