I usually love my service here, but this last time and time before, the service has declined. The time before, I went to get about 2,500 dollars worth of maintenance. I highly appreciated the rental as it was taking longer than usual and I had to pick my nephew up from school. But later that night, as we drove away, we noticed we were missing a lug nut off the Rogue. Had to come ALL THE WAY BACK for them to put it back on and we were way on the other side of town. Overall ive gotten 3 cars from nissan and they never let me down. Ive sent numerous people to them and always great deals. I just recently got a 2017 nissan sentra and walked out paying one price after preapproval. Well 2 days later the bank changed the interest rate and raised my payment i was so upset. The amazing people at nissan i dont know if i should name names but they were amazing and helped me out. I just left this dealership with my new vehicle. I actually finished the paperwork with the new Finance Manager George Clue.
