I love the car I have, but the price I wanted was not satisfied for me, anyway I needed the car. Team work was good. We wanted to have somebody who spoke Spanish, and we had them. I heard about a $25.00 gift card I did not got it. In general everything was good.
I have had my car service at United Nissan for more than four years. I love the individual attention I recieve as soon as I pull in the service department. Shawn (sp) has been the only employee I work with. He help understand what exactly will be happening to car. I don't speak mechanic, so Shawn will explain to me like I am a five year old. I like that! Keep up the good work!

I came on for a free window tint from when I purchased the vehicle. Upon pulling into the service drive, I was promptly greeted by two gentlemen. One took the mileage on my vehicle, and the other directed me to Mr. Jimenez. Mr. Jimenez wrote my information up, and directed me to the customer waiting lounge.
