Worse customer service ever! Big mistake returning to them! They totally screwed me over! They honestly don't give a shit about their "customers" all they care about is getting paid! Lying their way in to make a sale! No one knows wtf they are doing! Managers don't act like managers! It's like a circus in there. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!!!
I think they are very horrible to people of color, they feel as though we can be treated poorly in the sales department and they are even refusing to refund my down payment after they messed up the financing by telling me that I didn't need to provide the info the bank requested. I still like the service department, but sales is just the worse! Several people were there for the same reason, can't get deals financed and then they want to re-write contracts and switch cars and everyone has to be in a Sentra or base model Altim... read more
