Their service department will rip you off. They charged me $50 to replace my cabin air filter (a $12 part). I went home and checked it and it was never replaced! Paul in service said he would have some one come to my house the next day and I never heard from anyone for 2 days. I had to go back to them to have it replaced and was never compensated! If I didn't check I would have never known! I won't trust them with my car again! Way over charged for this service!

I got an approvL finally. The only problem is i wont have ny down payment until friday so they said they needed a check to hold until then. When i explained i dont have checks and asked if they can hold my card of which my paycheck gets direct deposited to the gm said they cant. This is the first place i heard of that wont do that. So i might loose my chance to get my family into something bigger. Other then that they worked very hard to get me this approval when i know it wasnt easy. DO NOT EVER GO HERE!!!! Shady business and shame on you! Waiting to hear back on that refund for my tire. Inspected at dealership and nothing was wrong that was our fault. When asking for the money on the warrantee the tire company said UN was supposed to keep it so they could inspect it too and now we can't be refunded. Several extra trips later and calls unreturned, I am super upset.

THIS WAS THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!! I have purchased cars before and never had anyone lie to my face. My credit is not the best and I told them that up front. I said I did not want to put any money down and they assured me that was not a problem. I was trading in a car so therefore I thought when they came back and said all was done, well I thought that meant the deal NOT ME!!! Their used cars are overpriced and when you call them on it they become rude. I asked for bottom line numbers, they wouldn't even budge. When I asked for a copy of the papers, they said they would make a copy and give to me. Then came back without the copies wasting my time. Do not buy from this dealership, they are not honest and at least two out of the three people I dealt with were extremely rude.

Horrible Manager and staff, rude, unprofessional and a pain to do business with. They don't even deserve a single star. Would never go back to them, no matter what. Super Hate 'em.

Don't bring your business here. Taking our car here for work has basically been a just short of a nightmare for me. I am now set up with a rewards card that will never even be used! We will be sticking with Firestone from now on for oil changes and general upkeep, Earls transmission for future transmission work, and our next car purchase won't be a Nissan if this is where we are still living come that day...
