I gave one star because zero isn't an option. Nothing but lack of service since I completed my purchase. I am beyond disappointed!

The service department are a bunch of crooks. My father in-law took his car in to have the computer reprogrammed. On the bill they charged him for "hazardous waste charge" and "shop supplies". A total of $30. When I called the manager he said they add those fees to EVERY BILL. Even when those charges don't apply to the work that was performed.

I will never buy a car here again, sold me everything but gap insurance. I was a first time buyer at the time. Nissan stepped all over me.

Never come to this place.... i bought my car here and i regret it... they promise me 3 yrs free oil change, (now theyre saying that is not truth that they onky try to get it).. plus when i sing the contract they told me my payments will be 464 two days later they call me to go again and make me sing a contract again changing the price to 559... if i can find a place where to sue them i will.. i heard someone saying they cant give you a price and change it again... and dont even talk about the customer service tried to talk t... read more

Horrible horrible. They don't try at all to help out the customer. They try to make you believe the offer they have is the best in town, when they actually screw you over with lies after lies. I purchased my car their on Jan 2014 and got called this week that there was a better offer to lower my payments. They wanted me to sign up for a brand new car for double the amount of what I am actually paying. I wish I knew before buying a brand new car about all the dumb services that are required in order for your warranty to be valid.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I bought my car from them over 3 years ago and had a horrible experience and still bitter about it. They are liars and cheats! Go somewhere else!
