Worst dealership I have ever been too complete scam I had my credit checked prior and showed good came it to buy a $8000 car with 0 down didn't care the Interest rate just wanted a decent payment mind you I make around 5k a month. They lied to me about having low monthly's with a 2 grand down payment. They added the sales tax and interest rates before accepting the 2 grand. The car they sold me had more problems than the mind of Edgar Alan Poe. They ruined my credit by going to 14 (and counting) credit unions to get my car financed. Got a new car traded in my used car they let me go with a new car for two weeks called me back saying that I didn't get approved you would think they would have their shit together right so I come back give them their car back and took my used car battery was dead (it was a new battery) and some parts of my car were out of place. I bought a used car just over a month ago. I was informed of a brake issue before buying it and was told it will be fixed before taking it home. However after 3 times back and fourth in the shop it was finally fixed. Each time taking it home I'm sure they were thinking I wouldn't notice they did the bare minimum to fix it or I would get discouraged and not come back. Worst experience ever, they let me go home with a car I left my Nissan sentra as a trade. 2 weeks later they called me saying i wasn' t approved. As I gave them their car back they gave me my sentra with broken hub caps and used tires. They all acted like they had no idea what happened good thing I still had the receipts from when I bought them. Worst experience ever!!!!!
Came in to get warranty work done on my 2015 Sentra. The mirrors have a fault in aerodynamics and cause a crosswind noise. The service advisor was more concerned about making money on a recommended brake flush. $150 to flush out a car with only 10,000 miles on it. I want warranty service before I go spending $150 on a brake flush. The service advisor left a bad overall impression on the dealership.
Had a car for two weeks signed paperwork and told them my conditions straight up. After being "approved" I had to bring back my car when they decided to change the deal two weeks later. Made me look like an idiot to my friends/family /coworkers. If we weren't approved I could've dealt with it from the beginning. Not having a car for two weeks. So on Christmas Eve my husband surprised me by taking me (to this later to be found out, a shady business) to buy me a car. We feel in love with our car and everything seemed to be legit till after we drive off.
