"help with warranty" Working with Shant made the process of getting approval from the warranty group(who did not want to pay for repairs less painful. he was also able to get my car repaired faster especially after the warranty coverage delay
"Unexpected repair of a small part" I stopped in unexpectedly because I found a piece of vinyl protective stripping hanging from the front of my car. They did look at it immediately. There was a minor misunderstanding that the part had been reattached, but it had to be ordered, and with the help of Melvyn Lemus, the service manager, the part was there the next day and replaced free of charge, and they washed my car as well. It was handled very professionally.
