I purchased a 2015 Altima from Universal City Nissan lasts weekend. My plan was to shop around at different dealerships. Unlike other dealerships I was not pressured into buying. I felt very comfortable, the sales representative J. Monroy and the finance expert Sunny Shirazi were very nice and friendly, they are just great, very good people. In general I liked the place is very nice.
I loved the wonderful and knowledgeable service provided by Mauricio, Dennis and the rest of the team at Universal Nissan! Huge inventory! A++! Had the car I wanted in the color I wanted and the features I wanted.
The service department seems top notch. I especially appreciated the advise give to me by the service advisor David Simone. He was helpful in guiding me through safety repairs on my vehicle and staying within my limited budget. My car is working great now. Jolly good!! Thank you.

I was in a hurry my daughter had a Honor Roll and I needed to be at her school on time when I asked if they can do it fast they said they can and they did it.
It was my first experience bringing my car to get serviced and i was taken by David Simone. He was knowledgeable and also gave me very wise recommendations for care of my car.
That I got it done. The service was good. The only thing I could say is I got a oil change that included a car wash that was not done , or if it was it was the worst car wash I've ever had. . Also I purchased a Nissan Juke that I love. When I got the car I was promised a gift card that I never got. I called the person who sold the car and sent emails but nothing.
