I loved the salesperson she was very knowledgeable of the vehicle I was interested in. I also liked that I was able to trade in my older vehicle as partial down payment.

I call Mr, German Flores he kept his word told me to come back and would get a truck after two years . I did and I am Loving my truck lol.

I just like to say that the main reason this dealership gets such high marks is because of the above and beyond service I received from David Simone. He is a great professional, respectful, and was very concerned in helping me out with my car issue. Followed up with me and kept me informed of everything that was going on. I can't say enough about how lucky this dealership is to have someone like David Simone representing this dealership

Universal City was very friendly and did a great job on finding me the exact car I wanted. They gave me a great deal! I had gone to another near by Nissan dealership and Universal City had a better rebate offer and price for the car. Nissan always has great customer service, helpful, friendly and gave us a very good deal for a 2014 Rogue SL. Jairo is a sales man with a professional and friendly customer service who went above and beyond to help us get the exact car that we want. Andrew gave us a good deal and Manuel from finance was nice and professional.

I had been to nearly 7 dealerships and left disappointed due to the lack of inventory or just bad sales tactics. I was very happy with the attention given and professioanlism of Omar Segura who I bought my car from, a 2013 Nissan Rogue S Special Edition. He made buying the car very easy and he followed through on his promise that if I came in, I would drive away with a car on a great deal. If possible, I would like to purchase my future cars from Omar for the rest of my life.
