Onofre Olivas, my Service Manager, listened to what I told him the car was doing, and he communicated that in detail to the service team. Everything was addressed to my satisfaction, and he called to keep me informed. The rental desk (I had to get a car while mine was being serviced) was terrific too -- quick, easy, and I got to drive a new 2015 Versa Note around town.
The communictaion was very clear of what was recommended for my car, why, how much it would cost and how long it would take. The use of a free hire car meant I could still work over the weekend while my car was being repaired. Everyone was super helpful from Jaime Zamora in the service department, to the guy helping me with the rental and the lady on reception explaining my loyalty points discount when I paid for the service.
Service was phenomenal and our representative David Simone deserves 5 stars for his effort, he is super intelligent and very welcoming, made us feel calm that we were in great hands. Hands down great service associate.
I got financed with your job is your credit program. I WILL be back to by a brand new car once my credit is stronger. The sales and finance team were amazing!
David Simone was very attentive and kept me posted of the repairs for my car. I was given options and he helped me choose the best one. Also was provided with a brand new rental at no cost.

I had a great experience in Service. Jaime was my service advisor and he was friendly and had great customer service. He always kept me informed of my vehicle updates. My vehicle was also ready in a timely mannered and washed as well. I would highly recommend Jaime in the Service Dept
Service was great and quick. Staff was good very helpful and friendly. Car was washed. The staff offered to answer any unanswered questions.I got my car in timely manner.
My experience here was completely wonderful. I walked in with a mediocre credit, and the boys went above and beyond to find me a car that not only I could afford, but a car that I loved. They walked me through all the process of choosing a vehicle, deciding if a lease or financing was a better option for me.
