Universal did a great job working with me and more importantly my insurance company on several aspects. The roofing crew worked quickly and did a good cleanup job when they were completed. Only issue I had was with a separately contracted crew for the gutters, but issue was resolved quickly after a responsive discussion with my operations contact
Unfortunately, I got no notice from the company as to when the crew was arriving, and they woke me up one morning. Not sure why that disconnect happened. Universal had installed a roof at my previous home. I'm pleased with the work. The lead was very conscientous about doing a good job and touched up a couple of areas at my request.
The work was done properly and quick.
Roof looks wondergul and the people working on the roof was very nice
Their guys are the best -- perfect, start to finish.
As a Gen. Superintendent I can say They did a great job getting in and getting done! Quality was excellent and Cleanup was awesome. I do wish they would have left a half bundle of shingles just in case of a repair.

They were awesome! Walked me through the entire process on how to file my claim for the hail damage my home endured and were extremely patient with my lack of knowledge as I'm a first time home owner. They did a great job on the repairs and cleaned up after themselves!
