Good service, great quality in the work
Great job on the roofing work. I was disappointed, though, that there was no one on site who was fluent in English to whom I could ask questions. I understood after the fact that all installers are subcontractors and not Universal employees. There was always someone I could eventually reach by phone who could answer my questions.
The work was done in a timely manner and cleaned the site pretty good.
They did a really good job at finding the leak in the roof when a few other companies said that there was not a leak I was able to get my attic filled with more insulation as well but also filled in the spot where it had soaked into the insulation where the leak was
Flawless great customer service
Could not find color Roofing panels but in the end they did find them. Great job by all. Unfortunately with recent bad storm had 3 panels damaged.
