I really needed a storage unit since I was moving out. Property manager Loana G. Was the most helpful and kind person!! She was straightforward with the process and very professional. We needed a storage facility since we ran out of room in our garage. Few of my neighbors have mentioned they use this facility and wanted to give them a try. Eleanor greeted us and helped with the process of getting a unit. She was super helpful and patient with our request and was able to accommodate us same day. We continue to use this storage company because of convenience and good customer experience. Eleanor was very helpful in setting up a new rental for me. She was pleasant and professional and went out of her way to make the transition easy. The units are clean and the location is well maintained.

The staff was super kind and informative. Eleanor's customers service was top notch and kept me in the loop on the 10x10 I desperately needed that I was on the waiting list for. She updated me almost every other day on the availability and Helped me every step of the way. Facility is very clean as well as the inside of the units with easy drive up access. Much appreciation to the service of the staff, especially during these times of need. God Bless!!!

Best customer service I've been with them for 6 months now COVID safe and friendly customer service the staff has always been there for all my needs i recently upgraded to a larger unit the transition was seamless I definitely recommend them awesome Jon guys

I was really in need of a moving truck for some pieces of furniture I needed out of the way and they are even so what harder to find because of the covid-19 but Universal Storage came through with a free truck with special circumstances of course but I was able to go in have the truck taken to my home we loaded up what I needed got them to the storage dropped it off got it all done in under an hour. Thank you Eleanor and Sergio for you kind and speedy service.
