the installers were great, but we were told the storm door could be put back on easily by the sales man, but installer said he could not do it. Also, we were given a damaged window screen and told a new window screen would be on the way. Still nothing.
The installation was done quickly and professionally and we can already see and feel the difference with the new windows.
