I thought the way the project was priced was a little shady. I was told $1500 which was way too high for a storm door install. Then the salesman asked what I would feel suitable paying. Then he made a call to his boss and said I got lucky since it was the end of the month. That was very used car sales esque. I considered canceling altogether but I know the products manufactured and installed are top notch.

I love my windows, but they took 6 months. And I tried 3 months just to get hold of someone, they need to answer the phone

The installation crew was exceptional. They said they would be there at 8:00 in the morning and they showed up at 8:00 in the morning. The work they did on the inside and outside went above my expectations. I am very happy with my choice for new windows.
