Order to delivery time was too long! Install was suppose to be 1 day, ended up being 3 days (not sure if 3 day for outside finishing was completed or not. No evidence that the work crew returned to finish up outside flashing/caulking was completed or not?

Universal Windows Direct installed 23 windows to include 7 windows over 6 feet tall. The install crew were very focused and professional. Ensuring everything was done correctly and kept clean. With COVID setbacks, UWD handled COVD -19 exceptional well, keeping us informed on there changing install dates. We are very happy UWD customer!
Cost of windows was Great and I'm Very satisfied with the product.
The installers were very professional and friendly. They did a great job very efficiently on two very cold and snowy days. Thank you!
Very happy with the salesman, the people I spoke with during the wait, the quality and installation. Just not happy about the 4 month wait.
