I am waiting to hear back from someone even after two calls as they did not have correct size window and installed window with incorrect grid pattern. I need to hear back otherwise experience has been fine.

Disliked the sales procedures (not the salesman - he's just doing his job) but my initial quote was very high, and the tactic is not uncommon with other window companies.

we had buy 1 and get 1 free, but our bill was $10,000. I asked our salesperson, but didn't quite understand his reasoning. Guess I should have asked to explain it better.
Order to delivery time was too long! Install was suppose to be 1 day, ended up being 3 days (not sure if 3 day for outside finishing was completed or not. No evidence that the work crew returned to finish up outside flashing/caulking was completed or not?
