Salesperson was great; delivery long, but with COVID, understandable; installers were late, but did a good job once here; needed to have a service call to fix a manufacturing defect, but completed and now all windows are fine

I thought the way the project was priced was a little shady. I was told $1500 which was way too high for a storm door install. Then the salesman asked what I would feel suitable paying. Then he made a call to his boss and said I got lucky since it was the end of the month. That was very used car sales esque. I considered canceling altogether but I know the products manufactured and installed are top notch.
