Everyone, the salesman, measurer and installers, was pleasant and helpful. The installers were fast, neat and ew what they were doing. Our three day job to install 29 windows was completed by a six man crew in 3.5 hours. The windows look great.
Universal Windows Direct provide great service. Their installers are friendly and helpful. Install was done properly and with care. I am very satisfied with the windows and their service. Would happily recommend their company.
