We had several quotes from local companies and really appreciated the experience with UWD. There was no high pressure or urgency pushed on us. Our sales rep was professional and kind. He helped us stick to our budget and allow us to make a decision we were comfortable with. Communication was very clear and the process from ordering to the installation was great. The entire experience with Universal Windows went well. Everyone was responsive to all of our questions and concerns and the installers did a great job. A crew of three showed up at 8:00 on the nose and were done with 18 windows by 1:00. The only hitch we had was that a small seal was missing from the windows that was supposed to be put on at the factory. They came out and fixed this promptly to our satisfaction.
Great windows, got everything done in a day, and good cleanup afterwards.
