The entire experience with Universal Windows went well. Everyone was responsive to all of our questions and concerns and the installers did a great job. A crew of three showed up at 8:00 on the nose and were done with 18 windows by 1:00. The only hitch we had was that a small seal was missing from the windows that was supposed to be put on at the factory. They came out and fixed this promptly to our satisfaction.
Great windows, got everything done in a day, and good cleanup afterwards.
The windows are nice and the guy who sold us the windows are nice. However, during installation of the windows, one of the windows cracked. We were told that the window would be marked for a new one and that they would get one in a few weeks later. After talking to the office after a week later, they had no knowledge of the cracked window and had to order a new one for us. So pay close attention to the installers, they can be liers.
