It took three installs and five months to finally get my windows. My next project is more windows and a couple door and I will give UWD another chance. The people I was working with were very hard to get ahold of and they never called back. Very hard to make sure we were on the same page and I even told them that is all I ask is that we are all on the same page. But I love their windows and will continue business with them.
We had several quotes from local companies and really appreciated the experience with UWD. There was no high pressure or urgency pushed on us. Our sales rep was professional and kind. He helped us stick to our budget and allow us to make a decision we were comfortable with. Communication was very clear and the process from ordering to the installation was great.
