The windows are nice and the guy who sold us the windows are nice. However, during installation of the windows, one of the windows cracked. We were told that the window would be marked for a new one and that they would get one in a few weeks later. After talking to the office after a week later, they had no knowledge of the cracked window and had to order a new one for us. So pay close attention to the installers, they can be liers. I would give a 5 star and a better rating but when the company placed the order for my windows they forgot to order one. Was promised 4 to 6 weeks 9 weeks later I got my windows minus 1. Still waiting for my last window.
The entire process, from first visit thru install was very professional, easy, and thorough.
