It was ok. Nothing special or outstanding. Same quality and pricing as other competitors I would say. Have some accountability issues on the sales process and with some follow up that was promised and hasn't come through as of yet. (Two weeks post project completion as of this review). This leads to some feelings of un-met commitments in the sales process with this situation being THE reason I picked this vendor. (Not on the part of my actual sales person. Installer was over three hours late, and did not know how to install the seal outside due to my house being stucco. However, they made sure that they sent someone the next day. The original installer broke the old window sill and when it was replaced it did not match, so the installer who came to put that in made sure he stained one to match.
A neighbor commented on how beautiful the house looks after the job. We highly recommend Universal Windows Direct to her.
