For the most part, I am satisfied with my windows once they were installed properly.

I do love my new windows. Have had them just a short time, so hopeful they will hold up and be great. they look great.
We are just very pleased. The installation guys were just wonderful, everything was fine. We would highly recommend them to anybody else. Also price wise, compared to local people here they were less expensive but the quality was better.
From beginning to end every person treated us like family.
I am reluctant to recommend Universal Windows Direct after an installation issue. Universal Windows Direct did not respond to my request. I had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to rectify my issue. Other than that, our wndows are beautiful and we love them. I am just concerned that if I have an issue in the future, I again will have to go to the Better Business Bureau to get it resolved.
