Does not keep appointments, slow response to customer calls, slow to schedule repairs to damaged frames
Added a service charge for “lifetime warranty” very frustrating to spend that amount of money and expect one thing only to be told another when we needed to uses our warranty
Unfortunately, I don't feel we have had good customer service. I am still waiting on a reply and was told within 48 hours. We are missing a screen, that YOUR company took and have not replaced!

I would not recommend Universal Windows Direct to my worst enemy. The salesperson they sent to our home was terrible, rude, and would not leave our house. After his presentation he wanted us to sign a contract right then. We told him we needed to talk about it first and then he started getting irate, saying that this was the best and there was no need to talk about it.
