I love the windows! I would highly recommend the product but I would also tell them to make sure they are home during the install and be prepared to make sure they take all the doors and windows that are replaced. Sweep up deck, roof etc. of all trash and open and close all the windows and doors before they leave. The doors were the last things done and I missed the door handle and threshold not being done properly. They left the keys on the counter top with no instructions which keys went to what door etc.
