The windows were installed nicely. A couple of the screens needed replaced and a couple of the locks needed minor adjustments. When I let it be known to Universal Windows, they sent out a man to fix both issues. Happy with the prompt service.

I am very happy with my windows and doors the promise that Universal Windows Direct has to warranty their products. I don't have to jump through hoops if something needs repaired.
Windows are substantially smaller than the openings (this could be ok, but wasn’t communicated during the proposal process and it’s noticeable). Installation was average to below average. Left lots of clean up for us and window caulking has some areas where we’ll need to fix.
