Install team was excellent. Kept it clean and work was top notch. Only problem I had was a lack of communication with sales leading up to install. Even an occasional email letting me know where we were at in process would have been nice.
Our new windows are great quality, a much needed improvement and much more efficient than the old ones.
They got off to a late start due to a flat tire on the interstate, but they got it fixed and they were still able to complete the job in a day.

The windows were installed nicely. A couple of the screens needed replaced and a couple of the locks needed minor adjustments. When I let it be known to Universal Windows, they sent out a man to fix both issues. Happy with the prompt service.
