It is my gutters. I was told I would not have to climb on a latter any more to clean my gutters. now I have to climb a latter to clean the screens that cover my gutters. I could have saved money and not bought the screens.

I voiced specific concern regarding sound transmission and wanting noise reduction. Sales did not know the sound transmission rating for windows. Said he installed double pane for people next to a train and that I didn't need triple pane or laminated windows as double would be fine. I was willing to pay extra for the most sound reduction. I'm very disappointed with the lack of change in noise reduction

They don't tell you if you don't want the windows you have to pay large sum to cancel

I felt rushed into a decision at 9pm at night due to the boss of our salesperson pushing a 5% use it or lose it discount. For install, I was scheduled for a Tuesday and the crew came out Monday and said they had other jobs the next day. I had to rearrange my schedule and rush to prepare the room. Also, when I was scheduling, the girl told me “a few hours” for install when I was on the phone, not up to two days. I have attempted to rectify the problems we had early in contract, was never addressed at the management levels, so I have no drive to keep grabbing the wrong end of snake.Windows were purchased, installed, we will leave it at that.
