I have attempted to rectify the problems we had early in contract, was never addressed at the management levels, so I have no drive to keep grabbing the wrong end of snake.Windows were purchased, installed, we will leave it at that.

Despite my questioning the fit of 3 of the 5 windows at original installation, the tech insisted they were correct. Multiple calls to follow up resulted in having to repeat my issues multiple times to different reps. First resolve was to replace one window set entirely and reset 2 other windows. A cracked pane of glass was replaced in a 4th window.
