Despite my questioning the fit of 3 of the 5 windows at original installation, the tech insisted they were correct. Multiple calls to follow up resulted in having to repeat my issues multiple times to different reps. First resolve was to replace one window set entirely and reset 2 other windows. A cracked pane of glass was replaced in a 4th window. Reluctance by Universal Windows rep to replace half screen with originally ordered full screen ended up costing me an additional $40 and weeks of delay. Many weeks turned into sev... read more
