The entire process has been a pleasant experience. After the sales representative came to our house, we canceled the appointments for the other companies. The installation was completed in one day and we are able to begin enjoying our new windows.
Universal Windows Direct has an exceptional product that was installed quickly, efficiently and in an excellent workmanlike manner. We are extremely satisfied with our entire experience with the company from the first visit to the final cleanup. And the windows thus far are performing wonderfully and look great!
Though the experience took a lot longer than anticipated, overall it was well organized and I was able to reach customer service quickly when needed.
The initial project estimate meeting was scheduled and the UWD representative showed up promptly to my house. The representative was very friendly, knowledgeable, and showed a lot of passion for the company and their products. I basically had no knowledge of the company and my initial impression was very positive because of the representative’s professionalism and personality.
