The PA was really helpful and kind. She gave good, concise information and told us how to handle things.
I was incredibly sick (naturally) when I had to make an online appointment because I was too sick to leave the house. None the less the Doctor who worked with me took my ailments and my appearance seriously and treated me kindly and was diligent in my care. I am still sick, but without her help I would still be in utter misery in a cloud of fever fog and mounds of nasty tissues from numerous discarded boxes. Thank you for your care.

It was very convenient to be able to log on and speak with a PA. I did wait about 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment, but I was happy to do that from the comfort of my home.
