Virtual visits are so convenient. I love the Broadview Heights urgent care. They are always there for me.
The doctor was wonderful and I’m feeling better already. The issue I had was with the system because it cancelled the appointment while I was in queue waiting for the doctor to arrive so I had to call and schedule another appointment. Aside from that, everything else was fine.
Only issue was it took 30 minute wait
