Quick care, very thorough, struggled with online system. Was not sending me a text had to call into the clinic and see provider by phone call
Great once the online visit took place. Very disappointed with the online registration where I was constantly redirected to the My Chart Registration. Worked with an IT person who tried to get MY chart registration but didn’t work. Finally called Patient Scheduling and a gal there tried with My Chart and when that was shut down because of too many attempts she walked me through the process of scheduling a virtual appointment by way of using the specific Urgicare site. The virtual link didn’t work. I called urgent care and was called to do the visit. She was very helpful.
Fantastic! I was very pleased with service. Felt as if I was definitely heard and my concerns addressed.
Great experience! the PA that I saw was friendly and very efficient he explained the treatment and the medication he was prescribing. I felt so bad so much pain I’m grateful for virtual visits so I don’t have to leave my home.
Easy, quick, and I received the care I know I needed.
