Very kind and knowledgeable.. The reappointment forms were a lot with short amount of time to finish. If you are already a UH patient your contact info and insurance info. should already be in the system.
PA was prompt thorough, listened attentively diagnosed my eye issue easily and recommended rx and follow up if needed.
