I am handicapped and getting out to see a doctor is getting extremely difficult. Everything was so convenient. The NP was knowledgeable and said that while waiting for me to come online she was looking at my chart and could see i have a lot health issues...which i appreciate. She was friendly and respectful. Keep up the good work UH !!

This was so convenient. I scheduled at 9:30 for an appointment at 10 a.m. My practitioner was right on time and extremely efficient. She asked a few questions and eased my anxiety. If I had to improve anything, it would be the onboarding. I picked UH's virtual visit because I use the system for my GP and a couple of specialty doctors. It would be a great improvement if UH could grab my ID / insurance on file for this appointment instead of making me take pictures and upload them.
