Dr. B was kind, helpful and responsive. She was a GOOD LISTENER. When my call disconnected she made multiple attempts to reconnect me, and eventually succeeded in connecting with me by phone. Grateful.

Great once the online visit took place. Very disappointed with the online registration where I was constantly redirected to the My Chart Registration. Worked with an IT person who tried to get MY chart registration but didn’t work. Finally called Patient Scheduling and a gal there tried with My Chart and when that was shut down because of too many attempts she walked me through the process of scheduling a virtual appointment by way of using the specific Urgicare site.
