The provider was good, but I was a little upset because I shared my symptoms over the phone with a provider and she said they would treat with prophylactic antibiotics, but when I scheduled my appointment it ended up being with a different provider and she suggested against the antibiotic. Just felt like it was a waste of money and I was steered wrong. Nothing wrong with the provider just miscommunication that wasted my money.
The staff was very patient and helpful with walking me through the different steps I needed to complete for my virtual visit. Thank You to Jessica Hirsch!

The nurse (Mandy Piccone) was very prompt and extremely friendly, and was very well prepared with my chart. She was very knowledgable about the condition I presented as well as the treatment plan. Prior to the call, the office gave me directions for completing my registration and then called me to check to see if I was having any difficulties. My issue was resolved so quickly. Overall, using the online telemedicine service was a very positive experience. Thank you.
