Easy to do. Thankfully did not need a person to person visit at this time
Worked very well today. Yesterday after 45 minutes no one from UH came on the call. I called the facility and was told they were very busy. Not sure what is appropriate time to wait? Dr today was very clear and listened to my symptoms.
It was great. So informative and took care of my problem quickly. Very pleasant.

It was very easy to get scheduled . Also enjoyed the flexible appointment times . Obviously the best part was not having to waste time driving to and from and spending time in the waiting room . Dr was right in time and efficient diagnosing my issue and prescribing a solution . Just a very convenient option
Set up virtual appointment on line. That was a little painfull considering I was already an UH patient. Staff actually called an hour earlier than scheduled and asked if I could was available at the time of their call. I was and am grateful for the schedule pull in.
Having the option of a virtual visit was perfect in my scenario.
