I thought Jim did a great job and made me feel confident in the information he shared. The experience would have been improved by better managing the technical appointment--I started getting notices that my appointment had started an hour and a half before the scheduled time.
I actually had my appt earlier than scheduled which I was happy with as I have been sick all week. Loved not having to go sit for 3 hours at the urgent care.
The PA was extremely helpful and made us feel at ease. Thank you
