Great, the meeting was punctual, and the doctor worked fast to get me with a needed antibiotic, had it not even an hour after the virtual appointment.

I thought it was a very seamless process for it being my first time. My only feedback would be is not having to fill in your information or if you an already established university Hospital patient with the app; it was just more of a an inconvenience. The PA that took care of me was easy to understand and very helpful and asked me if I had any additional questions. It was an overall great experience.
