The Willoughby urgent care was amazing! It was my first visit there and I will definitely go back. The staff was friendly, and professional and the facility was spotless. The fact they have a pharmacy on site makes this urgent care a one stop shop when you are sick.

Went in at 1:00 pm for a UTI. No one waiting, so quickly taken back to a room. The nurse was very pleasant and helpful. The NP Nick was very knowledgeable and able to prescribe the proper antibiotic that works for me. Plus, I was able to get the meds there on the spot. May have cost more, but saved the annoyance of waiting for Walgreens to fill it. The place was immaculate. Will be my new Urgent Care Center.
