Was seen quickly. Everyone very professional.
I would like to thank the staff at the UH Willoughby Urgent Care. Starting with the lovely, patient girl at the desk, my care was excellent.The MA Louis was kind, and knowledgeable, and he really took his time with me.He made a point of telling me how long I would wait for my test results. I really appreciated that because I was so sick. My care only got better with PA Mary Wolinski. She took the time to explain her diagnosis to me and I never felt rushed. Staff were friendly, professional without being arrogant or entitled. I was seen by the PA in 5 minutes, informed of my treatment plan. I was out the door in 15 minutes or less. Am feeling better but still cough a little bit. Was very pleasantly pleased by the brief but thorough assessment.
