My first time at your location. The PA(doctor) & nurse were perfect! However the form I filled out when I arrived & handed directly to the receptionist, was lost. I waited for over 2 hours. I kept track of all the patients before me & after. So when she called a person who came after me, I spoke up. And I wasn’t even on their list. Obviously not a good system.
The physician in charge was very kind and excellent in explaining my diagnosis and caring that I understand, making sure I understood the medical plan to help me I am so grateful he was on staff today It made my experience great!

I set up an appointment on line and did all the registration there as well but when I got there, they made me wait 2 hours longer than the appt time stating that there were “pre-bookings” ahead of me (and a couple emergencies which I was fine with) - which basically told me making an appointment doesn’t mean anything - that your name is put on the list when you get there. It is infuriating that this is NOT explained on the website nor is it an acceptable practice in my opinion. I WILL NOT GO THERE AGAIN.

Booked appointment online for 1:15. Was seen about 1:50.
Took over an hour after my appointment time. Don’t recommend to anyone always the longest wait time.
