Top notch! Every employee that I came in contact with at the Kent Urgent Care was so compassionate, excellent communication. The lovely registration employee was so nice to my daughter and made her feel so comfortable. Arlene Johnson Is the BEST! She is so compassionate and excellent with children!

I was checked in within 5 minutes. I was called back by Patrick within 5-7 minutes. He was very personable and explained everything I needed to know without my needing to ask a thing. I was seen by Sirilak Ham again within 5 minutes in a room. She explained my issue and what she wanted to do. She asked if I had questions. She sent a script to my pharmacy, which was ready when I drove there immediately upon release from the Urgent Care. Very satisfactory day - well except for my issue.
